Participation

The Environmental Assessment of the possible impacts of the project, including consultation with the local community, was prepared in accordance with specific requirements set down by the Director-General of the Department of Planning. These requirements are available on the Department’s website at http://majorprojects.planning.nsw.gov.au

During the exhibition period a number of community workshops were be held to allow people to learn more about the proposal, and to provide a forum to raise and discuss issues.
